Shipping Policy & Info

We at Stuff-n-Things understand that you want an efficient & drama free online shopping experience. A big part of your online shopping satisfaction will be determined by how long you wait to receive your delivery. To establish efficient shipping, we will endeavour to process & dispatch your order from our warehouse in Sydney as soon as possible, either via Australia Post or through an independent courier, once payment has been received & cleared. Whilst our preference is to use Australia Post for our shipping, we reserve the right to choose a different shipping service at our discretion. We strive to dispatch business day orders received by 1PM, by the next business day latest. For orders placed after 1PM on business days, we aim to dispatch by the second business day morning following the placed order latest. Business Days are Mon-Fri excluding NSW Public Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or quantify a shipping arrival date once we've dispatched your order through Australia Post or independent courier & do not take any responsibility for loss or disappointment due to delivery dates. Estimated standard delivery times will vary according to shipping location but should be within 2-7 business days for most locations within Australia (deliveries to WA, NT & regional areas may take longer). Unfortunately, delays experienced during Covid restrictions are probable. International deliveries are subject to many more variables including Customs & can take up to 21 business days or longer. Domestic Australian Shipping

We offer:    

  • Free Australia Post Standard Shipping (Parcel Post) throughout Australia for individual orders over $99 excluding shipping costs (2-7 business days)*
  • $10 Flat Fee Australia Post Standard Shipping (Parcel Post) for all orders under $99* (2-7 business days)*
  • Express Domestic Shipping option available through Australia Post Express Post calculated at checkout determined by your address postcode. Fee starts at $20 (1-6 business days)*
  • *Weight measurements are determined by weight & volume size, whichever is greater. Certain large, bulky & heavy items will incur fixed shipping costs calculated at checkout & are not included in Free Standard Shipping or $10 Flat Fee Standard Shipping. Some large & bulky items may also be excluded from Australia Post Express Post & will be shipped through Australia Post Standard Shipping. Delivery time periods are estimates & are reliant on Australia Post once dispatched by Stuff-n-Things.
  • From time to time, & at our discretion, we may need to use alternative independent couriers to ship your order. This may be due to the size &/or weight of your order &/or location of your delivery address.   

International Shipping

We offer:

  • Standard Australia Post International Shipping to most countries. Fee starts at $25 (6 plus business days)*
  • Express Australia Post International Shipping to most countries. Fee starts at $45 (2-5 business days)*

  • *International Shipping Rates will vary depending on the delivery location & country selected. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities & exclude time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control. Your purchased items may attract a customs fee, duty tax or other additional charges depending on the country and/or state/province/region you have selected as the shipping address. Any such fees will be for the parcel recipient's expense when they accept the package. We do not accept responsibility of any additional charges that may occur to complete the delivery of your parcel.

Goods classified as Dangerous Goods are restricted regarding International Shipping & cannot be delivered to any shipping address outside of Australia. Products displayed are Australian Domestic Shipping approved & we haven't taken International Shipping laws into consideration as there are too many variables between different regions and/or different countries. If you have purchased an item which is restricted, we will notify you before cancelling the restricted products or order. Butane gas sold for Cook's Torches is an example of an International Shipping restricted product.

Shipping Address Information & Package Receipt

  • All delivery address information given to us by you for your purchase & shipping address must be accurate & a valid Australian or international postal address. We take no responsibility for inaccurate or imprecise information. The majority of items are carried in our warehouse so we can dispatch as soon as possible 
  • If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, or the Postie needs someone to sign for it, they will take it to the closest Australia Post collection point which is usually a retail outlet or business hub and leave a card under your door telling you where to collect your parcel from
  • Orders over $300 will require a signature on delivery

We constantly strive to achieve best practice and as such have chosen to align ourselves with Australia Post. Once an order is dispatched from our premises we are not responsible for any delivery delays. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided to Stuff-n-Things.

Stuff-n-Things is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided. All delivery times/dates provided are estimates only and are at the discretion of the Australia Post. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Stuff-n-Things will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
