Q - Who are you guys, not some dodgy fly-by-night operation I hope?

A - Nope, we're a Mum-&-Pop operation in Sydney with decades of retail experience.

Q - How long does shipping take? When do I get my stuff?

A - We pride ourselves on dispatching your orders quickly & regard prompt delivery as being the most important factor in retaining your business & support. Orders placed by 1PM will be dispatched next business day latest. From there, your order is in the trusty hands of our courier service (mostly AusPost) who, depending on your location in relation to Sydney, will deliver your package anywhere from 1 day to 21 days. For estimated delivery time lengths through Australia Post click here. Please be mindful to check on possible additional delays due to Covid. 

Q - Do you actually stock what you're selling or do you ship directly from a third party vendor?

A - We stock all of our own inventory & ship directly from our Warehouse in Sydney. No need to worry about increased delays in receiving your order because we had to order your items from a third party.    

Q - What do you do with my personal info?

A - We're online shoppers too, & it's a bloody pain getting bombarded with spam emails & sudden random texts to our phones after placing an order online. We don't do that! Barring special occasions like Christmas & Mother's Day where we might have special catalogues or collections to promote, we'll send you a weekly email showcasing new brands, collections & special offers. That's it!

If you don't want it, simply unsubscribe & we'll delete you from the mailing list, no worries. You'll also receive an email 2-3 weeks after placing your order, requesting a quick star-rated review on your products purchased & experience with us. Your review is much appreciated, but simply delete the email if you're just not feeling it & we won't bother you with a second request.

Your phone number is used for order queries & delivery purposes only. Your phone is your personal tool, & we respect that. If we ever go down that road of using mobile numbers for marketing purposes, we'll be sure to get your actively chosen & requested authority to do so. Hey, we're Gen Xers, we hate telemarketing. 

Q - Do you accept returns?

A - Of course. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

Q - Do you have a click and collect option?

A - During Covid we closed our bricks-and-mortar store & are currently only trading online. 

Q - Do you accept phone orders?

A - No. All orders are accepted through our website only.
